A blog without a niche.
Think about the people you love working with. Either it be a co-worker, friend, family member, or random person you just met. This person is a go-getter, kind, honest, and hard-working. The cream of the crop. She/he is loved by everyone. Except one.
Undoubtedly, you or someone you know has been plagued by this unforeseen battle of becoming someone’s aim of being belittled.
The type of words and actions that are associated with this type of behavior is unreal. It does not encourage our fellow co-workers, friends, or family members; nor does it promote healthy relationships, anywhere. In fact, the only tip you’ll get by being a part of something like this is a bad reputation.
When was it ever ok to dismiss the importance or quality of someone else?
True achievements are never made on compromising your morals – just to gain a small piece of the prize and for how long? There will always be new opportunities to set fresh goals. By belittling those around you they just might surpass you in the end.
Remember the person who is honest and hard-working? Don’t be fooled by their sweet smiles and wilingness to continue to help those who oppose them. It’s not an act. It’s the right thing to do. And as they prolong life’s journey they continue creating higher goals, learning new strategies and educate themselves in positive things. Plus, they didn’t change the way they treated you as a friend or anyone (or you fill in the blank).
So what gives?
